How it works
Trust is checked on both sides.
Graft Plug™ is built differently from a lead-selling directory. Enquiries go through Graft Plug™ admin, customer numbers are assigned manually, reviews are collected after completed jobs, and customer feedback is kept private inside the Trade Portal.
Trades verified
Graft Plug™ checks identity, insurance details, proof of address, photo ID, and recent customer references before approval.
Jobs reviewed
After a completed job, Graft Plug™ contacts the customer and adds verified reviews to the tradesperson profile.
Customers protected and accountable
Customers get free access to verified trades. Tradespeople get private customer history to help avoid ghosting, non-payment, and wasted time.

The members-only Trade Portal shows Customer Number records, general location, activity history, and trade feedback. Customer names, phone numbers, and full addresses are not shown publicly.

Bad work gets reviewed.
Two or more serious complaints in a rolling 12-month period, or one complaint with strong evidence of misconduct, triggers a review. If upheld, the tradesperson is removed permanently. No paid reinstatement.
